DAY 01
Delhi-Haridwar-Chamba ( Train/Road ) Departure from Delhi by morning Dehradun Shatabdi Express. Arrival at Haridwar railway station, meet our tour coordinator. Surface transfer to Chamba ( 90kms/05 hours ). Check into hotel/guest house at Chamba. After a short orientation and briefing, take a look at the cycles, and adjust as per personal needs. Short cycling around to get used to the bikes. Overnight at guesthouse/hotel.

DAY 02
After breakfast, we start the cycling trip. The route is a metalled road with very less traffic. Cycling distance is about 25 kms across moderate ascent and descent. We would pass through Kanatal, and further to Dhanolti where camp is established in a Deodar forest about 3 kms before Dhanolti. Overnight at camp.

DAY 03
Cycle a distance of about 30 kms. Enjoy beautiful views of snow clad Himalayan peaks around Dhanolti. Take mussourie bye-pass, and further pedal on the Haathi Pao road. Overnight camp.

DAY 04
Today the distance is about 40 kms, over largely downhill route. The road is partially metalled. We would pass through forests and fields to finish trip near Dehradun. Further transfer to Railway station to board the evening Shatabdi express to reach Delhi by 10:45 PM.

General Notifications:
- No room service or any kind of special considerations/customizations is possible/provided.
- This is not a luxury trip. Participants should be willing to rough it out.
- Participants are expected to participate in camp activities like collecting wood, setting up tents etc.
- Toilets are tented, dry pit arrangements with western kind of w/c.

Delhi to Haridwar: 2017 Dehradun Shatabdi
Dehradun to Delhi: 2018 Shatabdi Express (evening)

The cycling route has very less traffic, and passes through small villages, forests. One would get beautiful views of snow clad mountains, and vast valleys.

We would provide high end mountain bikes with features like aluminum alloy frame, alloy wheels, 21 speed shimano ( grip shift ) and disc brakes.
